With the bottom cut out and the grate brackets install, it’s time to assemble the Mini WSM. Place the Smokey Joe charcoal grate into the bottom of the Smokey Joe bowl.
Drop the Weber Charcoal Grate # 7440 down into the pot so it rests on the ridge above the bottom.
Set the clay saucer on top of the charcoal grate.
The Weber Cooking Grate # 7431 is used as the bottom rack and rests on the clay saucer.
The top cooking grate that came with the SJ is used as the top rack and is dropped into place on the brackets.
The business section of the Mini WSM is completely assembled. Place the pot onto the bowl of the SJ. The basic Mini WSM is now complete.
